Counselling
New Pathways provides a unique counselling and
support service to men, women, children and young people who are affected by
the trauma caused by Rape and Sexual Abuse.
We offer additional services
to children and young people who have been affected by other types
of trauma such as bullying or the loss of a parent.
New
Pathways is based in Merthyr Tydfil but we have outreach posts in
Cardiff, Newport, Swansea Central and Clydach Hospital, as well as
projects running in both HMP Cardiff and Usk.
We accept referrals
from voluntary and statutory agencies from all over Wales by using a specially designed
and effective referral system.
Alternatively, anyone requiring help and support can contact us and make a Self
Referral.
Counselling and Support Services are free of charge, however
donations are always very welcome and gratefully received.
